How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders will be processed Monday-Friday only (no weekends or holidays).

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges as our items sell out quickly and we cannot guarantee the item would be available.


Can I return a sale/clearance item?
No. All sale/clearance items are a final sale. No exceptions.


I have followed all washing instructions and my top seems to be a bit smaller. Any advice?
Please continue to follow the care instructions. However, make sure to reshape your item before laying flat to dry.


How & when do I use a discount code?

Discount codes must be applied at the point of purchase and can only be used while valid (no extensions). They cannot be added/applied after the order has been placed.


Can I return an item?


Item is unworn, item is unwashed, item is unaltered, item has no makeup stains, item has no deodorant stains, item has no animal hair, item has no smells of smoke, items are not final sale, items fall within the date ranges specified in the Return Policy. If you answered YES to all of these, you will be eligible for a return. Please see the Return Policy.

We do not offer exchanges due to styles selling out quickly. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds will be in the form of a store gift certificate that will be emailed to you. Returns must be postmarked by 10 business days of the delivery date. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days to process your return.

Because our inventory is inspected by the manufacturer and again by our team before it is sent out it is a rare ocurence that an item is damaged or defective. If you have received a defective item, please contact us at dearlizzie@cox.net within 2 business days of receiving your shipment. Please include written details about the defect and attach pictures. Our customer service team will get you taken care of!
